When someone dies not only is it a very distressing time for you emotionally it is also a health risk to yourself and other people.

Bodily fluids can contain Blood borne Pathogens such as Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B and HIV, you may be completely unaware if the person was carrying such diseases.

It is possible that bodily fluids have seeped through flooring such as laminate flooring or carpets, this will need to be decontaminated, removed and carefully and correctly disposed of.

Our operatives have all the correct PPE, equipment and medical grade cleaning chemicals to hand to clear away the scene as quickly and safely as possible, we have all the correct waste management in place.

It’s a common perception to believe emergency services will organise the clean up after a traumatic event, unfortunately, once the services have finished with the scene it is down to the property owner to organise the clean up and ensure the area is safe.

All our operatives have undergone intensive training at National Academy Specialist Cleaners (NASC).

They are trained in each service individually and understand the risks, and the correct procedures to ensure the area is left safe once they have finished the clean.

Hoarding clean up will involve the organisation of belongings, and disposal where required to make the living space a safe and clean environment. Once the belongings have been organised the space will be thoroughly cleaned and free from hazards.

This is dependant on the severity of the hoarding, a clean up can take anything from a day to a week or more. Surrey Clean Team will assess the situation and agree on a plan before any work takes place.

Yes, we can help with the safe removal and sanitation of hazardous and biohazardous materials often found in these environments.

Yes, our trained operatives can safely remove any sharps such as broken glass or needles.

These should be removed with the utmost care to avoid skin punctures which could expose you to blood-borne pathogens.
