I called Surrey Clean Team the week before to arrange a site visit and she answered although still on holiday. We met up on Friday so I could show her the extent of the area requiring treatment. We discussed about the need to clear a pathway through the house for them to remove large items and I cleared the stairs and landing to facilitate this. On Monday the team returned, explained what needed to be done for health/safety. They spray sanitised the room and proceeded to remove the contaminated items. They were slick, respectful, honest and I would use them again.

Charlotte fitted in a last minute deep clean of a flat that had not been cleaned in over 20+ years of hoarding. It needed to be cleaned and safe for a resident returning from a hospital. I am absolutely beyond pleased with how miraculously clean and transformed the place is. It is even better than I could have ever imagined, sparkling, sanitised& safe now. Spoke with Charlotte and found her very professional and helpful with great communication throughout. The property had been left in a poor state, Surrey Clean Team cleared the property and did a full clean including bathrooms and kitchen to a very high standard.
